View source for SCRIPTS

Scripts are used (much like mobprogs, only better), to give life to things
like rooms, objects, and mobs.  Currently there is a document in development
that will be placed here if it is not too big, explaining them.

NOTE: For my sanity sake, and to keep things more organized and easier to
maintain, all script related help has been moved to the command SCHELP.
