OCHECK is a command used to double check many things that the olc doesn't stop you from doing to objects. In order for a zone to be implemented, this is one of the first things that is checked, so it's a good idea to run this command often when you change the stats of an item.
It's not the be-all-end-all of balance checking, but it helps a great deal.
