MOB FLAGS

Spec            the mob has a special procedure
Sentinel        the mob stays in one room
Scavenger       the mob will pick up items
ISNPC           the mob is a nonplayer character
Aware           the mob is aware of it's surroundings, hence backstab, steal
               and most thief skills will not work on it
Aggr            the mob is aggresive, will initiate an attack
Stay_Zone       the mob will not leave the zone it's loaded in
Wimpy           the mob will flee from a fight when it's hps get low
Aggr_Evil
Aggr_Good       the mob will initiate an attack on a player with that align
Aggr_Neutral
Memory          the mob will remember what player has attacked it and will
                attack that player again if in the same room, memory is
                lost when the mob dies
Helper          the mob will assist another mob that is being attacked
!Charm          the mob cannot be charmed
!Summn          the mob cannot be summoned
!Sleep          the mob cannot be put to sleep
!Bash           the mob cannot be bashed
!Blind          the mob cannot be blinded
Quick_Heal      the mob regens at a faster rate than normal
!Calm           the mob doesn't respond to calm spells
Nopurge         the mob cannot be purged
Hunter          the mob will track a player that has attacked it
Poly            the mob can polymorph
Guardian        the mob can be set to protect an exit or object
Summoned        the mob has been summoned
Undead_Not_Rot  the mob is undead and unaffected by rotting spells
Dontfight       the mob doesn't fight 
!Pummel         the mob cannot be pummeled
!Petrify        the mob cannot be petrified
Recall          the mob will recall players
!Disease        the mob is unaffected by disease
!Fight_Mobs     the mob will not fight other mobs
Mag_Summons     the mob was summoned as a pet
!Steal          the mob cannot have it's inventory stolen
Quest           the mob is a part of a quest
