ITEM SCROLL

Scrolls and potions are two of the most frequently used magical items in the game. Only certain spells are allowed to be used on certain types of magical items... for example, a potion of "create water" would be extremely silly, and possible crash the mud.

v0 = Level the spells are cast as
v1 = Spellnum 1
v2 = Spellnum 2
v3 = Spellnum 3
