ITEM TRAP

v0 = Flags that determine how the trap is set triggered (Set with trapset)
v1 = Type of trap (damage, teleport, poison etc) (Set with trapset)
v2 = Level of trap (Use oset or trapset)
v3 = Number of charges (use oset or trapset)
Ways to trigger a trap can be:
      ON_GET           - Trap Triggers when someone tries to pick it up.
      MOVEMENT         - Trap triggers when someone tries to walk in any of
                         the defined directions set on the trap.
      AREA_AFFECT      - When triggered, trap affects everyone in the room.
Types of traps:
      ALIGN            - Victim's alignment is reversed
      SEX              - Victim's sex is changed
      POISON           - Victim is poisoned
      SLEEP            - Sleep is cast on the victim
      TELEPORT         - Victim is randomly teleported
      FIRE             - Victim receives minor fire damage
      COLD             - Victim receives minor cold damage
      ACID             - Victim receives minor acid damage
      ENERGY           - Victim receives minor energy damage
      BLUNT            - Victim receives minor damage
      PIERCE           - Victim receives minor damage
      SLASH            - Victim receives minor damage
