Light sources allow you to see in dark areas. There are two types: eternal sources which never burn out, and finite sources which die after a certain period of time. A light defaults to infinite.
v0 = UNUSED v1 = UNUSED v2 = Lifespan (in ticks) of light v3 = UNUSED
