A FIREWEAPON is a RANGED weapon, used to inflict damage to people in another room, or the same room.

v0 = Max amount of ammo it can contain
v1 = Ammo type.  Typically the vnum of the ammo usable by your weapon
v2 = Range.  How many rooms away the ammo can travel.
v3 = unused
